This Bowl of Sichuan‑Style Beef Noodles in Cincinnati 🍜🌶️

Craving the Sichuan‑style beef brisket noodles from Sichuan Palace was unbearable — so my husband and I made a special trip to Cincinnati the very next day! The menu didn’t list “Sichuan beef noodles,” but we asked directly and the owner kindly confirmed, even giving a heads‑up about the spice level — a nice touch 😊. 🍜 Sichuan Brisket Noodles The beef was stewed until meltingly tender, soaking up the rich broth. The soup balanced meaty depth and chili aroma perfectly. Well worth the trip! At $15, the portion is huge — easily enough for 3–4 people. We couldn’t even finish half between the two of us. 🍲 "Blood and Tofu Stew" Without Duck Blood The aroma of chili oil when it arrived was mouth‑watering! Plenty of intestine and luncheon meat, and the glass noodles soaked in spicy oil were heavenly. The only letdown — no duck blood (probably hard to source in the U.S.). Overall, the flavors are authentic and satisfying — highly recommended 👍👍👍. 📍 Sichuan Palace 📍 343 Calhoun St, Cincinnati, OH 45219 #NoodleLovers #BeefNoodles #RamenStyle #SatisfyThatCraving #ChineseFoodUSA #SichuanCuisine #NorthAmericanChinese 🇺🇸🥢
