This Chinese restaurant in New York is just next level! (1)🎉
My friend told me that a new Chinese restaurant opened in Long Island City, and it’s super stylish with its own baijiu cocktails. This intrigued me so much that I quickly booked a table for Mother’s Day to take my mom there. 🌸 🐟 As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by the decor. The high-end Chinese style is so thoughtful and elegant. It feels like we have our own fancy Chinese restaurant here in New York! The lighting and the bar complement each other perfectly, creating an amazing atmosphere. 🌟 Their cocktail menu is incredibly beautiful and exquisite. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the baijiu-based drinks have a unique and rich flavor. Every sip is filled with the aroma of baijiu. 🍸 Let’s talk about the dishes. The “Year of Plenty Fish” is the most surprising dish. 🐟 As someone who loves yellow croaker since childhood, I rarely find it here in the US, but this place has it! The taste is similar to what I had when I was young—red-braised, very flavorful, and perfect with rice. 🐟 The fish is topped with little glutinous rice balls that are soft and chewy, and they go so well with the fish. The whole fish is quite large and absolutely delicious—I ate it all! 😂 #RedSorghum
