🌿The Dongting Spicy Frog is a must-try. It’s super flavorful and goes great with rice. The dish is filled with large pieces of frog and pickled pepper bamboo shoots. Once you start eating, you can’t stop! 🔥 The cucumber salad is incredibly fragrant and crispy. The chili oil is homemade and very aromatic, with just the right amount of spiciness. 🍵 🍃 The Dan Dan noodles and potstickers are also outstanding. The potstickers are perfectly cooked on the outside, with large chunks of beef inside. The Dan Dan noodles are very authentic, with each noodle coated in minced meat. 🍜 🌿The Sichuan Boiled Beef and Garlic Pork are my mom’s favorites. The beef in the boiled dish is thick but very tender, not too spicy, and mainly focuses on the rich flavor (you can ask for extra spice if you like).
