This crispy double-layer milk custard is truly incredible!

🌟I went to the recommended Jin Yuan Bao for dim sum, which isn’t on the strip, but it’s an easy drive or cab ride, about a 15-minute journey, located in the Golden Coast Hotel’s ground floor casino. The very Hong Kong-style sign is easy to spot. 🌟We arrived on a weekday around 10 am and only had to wait about five minutes before being seated. The service was super fast, and I found the taste to be pretty standard; not bad, but not particularly impressive either. I felt like the flavors of the dim sum were generally on the mild side? Because there were quite a few people, the service was a bit slow, and the red vinegar I asked for only came towards the end of our meal 😂. My favorite was definitely this crispy double-layer milk custard!! 🌟The crust is super crispy and fragrant, and the milk custard beneath is rich and creamy, a bit sweet, but it’s perfect with the crispy crust. I regret not ordering more of their crispy dim sum.
