It's a poached egg stewed in red wine, served with mushrooms, onions, and bacon pieces. Everything is well - flavored. The taste is very aromatic and absolutely amazing! π Boucherie Burger ππππ Made with a dry - aged blend of beef, the burger patty has a nutty flavor rather than the greasy taste of wagyu. The texture is dry, which makes it very fragrant. Paired with salted fries, they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside when eaten hot. I have to say, it's really great! #NewYork
