This Hand-Pulled Lamb in NYC Is Absolutely Addictive! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Every time I visit friends in LIC when it's chilly out, I always drag them to this spot for their incredible hand-pulled lamb! The portions are hugeโ€”big, tender chunks of lamb that are fragrant, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The dipping sauce has just the right amount of spice, adding so much flavor without overwhelming the meat. Weโ€™ve come back again and again, and Iโ€™ve recommended it to everyone I know! ๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ This time we also tried the stir-fried pork intestines โ€” the color alone was amazing! Cooked with green peppers that add a mild kick, the intestines were rich but not greasy at all. Highly recommend! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป The liangfen (cold mung bean jelly) was decent, but the real star is their Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodle Set โ€” an absolute steal at just $17! It comes with a drink, a bowl of noodles, and a side dish (like seaweed salad or cucumber salad). The noodles are wonderfully chewy, and the sides are fresh and flavorful. Honestly, the set alone is filling enough for one person โ€” we ordered extra dishes thinking weโ€™d need more, but we really didnโ€™t! Great value for the quality. ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ’ฏ Plus, itโ€™s super convenient โ€” just a short walk from the subway: ๐Ÿ“ DH Noodles LIC (Dun Huang) 27-23 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY #NYCFood #NYCRestaurants #LICFood #LICNoodles #NYCChineseFood #HandPulledNoodles #ComfortFoodNYC #LICEats #MustTryNYC
