This Hand-Pulled Lamb in NYC Is Absolutely Addictive! 😋
Every time I visit friends in LIC when it's chilly out, I always drag them to this spot for their incredible hand-pulled lamb! The portions are huge—big, tender chunks of lamb that are fragrant, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The dipping sauce has just the right amount of spice, adding so much flavor without overwhelming the meat. We’ve come back again and again, and I’ve recommended it to everyone I know! 🐑❤️ This time we also tried the stir-fried pork intestines — the color alone was amazing! Cooked with green peppers that add a mild kick, the intestines were rich but not greasy at all. Highly recommend! 👍🏻 The liangfen (cold mung bean jelly) was decent, but the real star is their Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodle Set — an absolute steal at just $17! It comes with a drink, a bowl of noodles, and a side dish (like seaweed salad or cucumber salad). The noodles are wonderfully chewy, and the sides are fresh and flavorful. Honestly, the set alone is filling enough for one person — we ordered extra dishes thinking we’d need more, but we really didn’t! Great value for the quality. 🍜💯 Plus, it’s super convenient — just a short walk from the subway: 📍 DH Noodles LIC (Dun Huang) 27-23 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY #NYCFood #NYCRestaurants #LICFood #LICNoodles #NYCChineseFood #HandPulledNoodles #ComfortFoodNYC #LICEats #MustTryNYC
