Twice-cooked Pork, Fish-fragrant Eggplant, and Shredded Pork in Fish Sauce πππππ πThese three dishes are incredibly amazing and so flavorful! I could eat a pot of rice by myself with any one of them! The slices of pork in the twice-cooked pork are not greasy, the eggplant is tender and rich, and the sauce in the fish-fragrant shredded pork is just out of this world! Also, I don't know if it's just me, but their rice is particularly tasty too, with the perfect balance of dryness, wetness, softness, and firmness. Combined with these three dishes, it's divine! A must-order! Ahhhhh!π Spicy Chicken ππππ πThe taste is good, but there are too many bones and not enough meat, so it's not cost-effective.π Boiling Fish ππ πThis dish was the only disappointment today. It lacked flavor, and there weren't many fish slices.
