This is the OMAKASE Japanese experience

Their experience and service are truly impeccable, meticulous to the extreme. From introducing the restaurant and the Omakase concept, to explaining each dish, and even promptly refilling drinks at all times—every detail is on point! 😌 Let's give a shout-out to the sushi rice! It's seasoned with aged vinegar, adding a rich depth of flavor. The chef will tell you to eat each piece of sushi right after it's made, while the rice is still warm—that's the essence of enjoying sushi! (In fact, only a few Japanese restaurants here do this and even bother to explain it.) 🍚✨ The sake we randomly ordered that night was surprisingly delicious! It came in a 500ml bottle, costing R$400. It had no bitterness at all, with only 8% alcohol. Instead, it had a faint fruity aroma and a light, sweet taste—perfect for pairing with desserts! I absolutely loved it. (I even searched for it online after the meal, but it was out of stock. Such a bummer!) 🍶😋 Special praise goes to their dessert this time: Canjica (milho branco), topped with milk sauce and caramelized walnut nuts. The taste was out of this world! It was served with a small cup of plum cachaça—so darn delicious! 🍮🥄 Actually, Goya's menu doesn't have too many courses. After dining there twice, I still felt like I wanted more, but what can I do? Guess I'll just have to go back next time! 😭 🔸 Reservation-only; 🔸 Two seatings at 19:00 and 21:00, each lasting about 1.5 hours; the experience is great, and the environment is quiet; 🔸 Average cost: R$490 per person; #SãoPauloBrazil #SãoPauloFoodie #Omakase #JapaneseCuisine #Culinary #DessertLovers #RestaurantRecommendations #ImmersiveJapaneseGourmet #Sashimi
