🫖 This is THE Spot for Cantonese Dim Sum in NYC‼️
Had dim sum in Flushing today 🫖—a classic Cantonese teahouse, super convenient and packed even past 1 PM! Full of families and lively energy 🧡. The menu is huge—pages and pages of choices 🤯. We tried the basics: shrimp dumplings 🦐, beef rice rolls, chive pan-fried dumplings, and soup dumplings. All solid—shrimp was bouncy, rice rolls smooth (though beef flavor was average), and soup dumplings had decent broth (skins a bit thick). For mains: wok-fried noodles with beef and greens had great wok hei 🔥. Also tried scallion lobster 🦞—flavor was tasty, but lots of shell to work through. Desserts: purple sweet potato lava buns and pineapple buns 🥐—sweet but not cloying. Overall, affordable, great for groups, and full of authentic canteen vibes 😆. Worth trying for classic dim sum! 📍 Congee Village 36-36 Prince St, Flushing, NY 11354 #FlushingFood #DimSumNYC #CantoneseFood #NYCEats #AffordableNYC #FamilyMeal #NYCRestaurants #MustTryNYC #TeahouseVibes #FoodieSpot
