💖I recently discovered a hidden gem of a Japanese restaurant in Fullerton, and I was truly blown away! The flavors are amazing, the presentation is top-notch, and the ingredients are super fresh. I always worry that cheaper Japanese restaurants might not have fresh ingredients, but this place is definitely not a concern. It's absolutely on par with more expensive Japanese restaurants! 💖They have such a wide variety of sushi. Besides the basic options, there are many creative sushi choices that make you think, "Hey, I've never tried this before," and you just can't resist ordering! 💖The sashimi is beautifully sliced, with just the right thickness—not too thin and not too tough. Every bite is fresh and sweet, with no fishy taste at all. The plating is also very creative. 💖The chirashi (sashimi bowl) is so visually appealing and makes you happy just by looking at it. It has a rich color palette and a harmonious combination of ingredients. They even serve the sashimi separately from the rice, which is a huge portion and incredibly satisfying. 💖The oysters are super fresh. When you bite into them, they're sweet and smooth. And guess what? They even sprinkle gold leaf on top for an amazing visual effect! 💖They recently launched a lunch special that's super affordable. Items like oysters, sushi, and sashimi are discounted during lunch hours. It's perfect for a little treat on a weekday or a relaxed meal with friends on the weekend.
