This Japanese Tempura & Onigiri Spot Fills Up the Moment It Opens!

๐Ÿ“ Chamon ๐Ÿ™ 5020 W Spring Mountain Rd, Ste 6, Las Vegas, NV I thought Monday would be quiet, so I arrived right as they opened at 12 PM โ€” but all 6 tables were already full ๐Ÿ˜ฑ We had to wait for the second round. Hereโ€™s the trick: While dine-in starts at 12 PM, takeout for onigiri begins at 11:30 AM. So if you want a seat, get there around 11:30 AM to grab a spot and order early! We waited about 30 minutes for the second round โ€” but since we ordered while waiting, our food came just 5 minutes after sitting down โšก We tried the Deluxe Bowl โ€” the tempura is freshly fried with a light, crispy batter, not too thick. You pour the sauce yourself, so you can control the flavor โ€” not too sweet or salty. Each meal comes with pickles and miso soup ๐Ÿฅฃ For dessert, we had the matcha tiramisu โ€” pretty good, though the matcha powder on top was a bit too much and slightly bitter ๐Ÿต On the way out, we grabbed two onigiri to go (they have 20+ flavors!) โ€” they taste even better warmed up at home! ๐Ÿ’ฐ ~$38 per person (includes dessert, drink, tax, and tip) ๐Ÿ“… Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays โ€” donโ€™t show up on those days! #VegasEats #JapaneseFood #TempuraLove #OnigiriLife #ChamonLV #EatLikeALocal ๐ŸŽŒ๐Ÿฑ
