This Noodle Place is Simply Delicious

🌶️As usual, I ordered the spicy miso, and it smelled fantastic as soon as it arrived. The soup is the thick consistency that I love, and just for that, it beats many ramen shops in Stockholm. What's amazing is that although it feels rich, it doesn't taste salty at all! I had no problem finishing the entire bowl of soup with the noodles, feeling no burden at all!🌶️ 🌶️The toppings include grilled char siu (barbecued pork), which is very fragrant, and the bamboo shoots, soft-boiled eggs are standard but good. What's special is that they use two kinds of onions—our familiar onion adds flavor, and the European leek, served as a vegetable with bean sprouts, creates a crisp texture. It's really great!🌶️ 🌶️My friend ordered the soy sauce and tonkotsu (pork bone) flavors, both of which were delicious. The friend who had the tonkotsu even finished the soup by adding some water! Overall, this shop is truly the best in Stockholm. The spicy miso outperforms Kumo, which I previously thought was good.
