This restaurant has ascended to legendary status in my heart 🌟🍽️
🌟Today was a day of no missteps following online recommendations. When I heard that this place is even better than Le Duc, I just had to check it out. My original plan was to go to Langosteria for lunch on Thursday, but they're not open at that time... 🌟The location is perfect for me, just a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. After dinner, I could take a stroll around. The entrance is quite small, but inside it's spacious with private rooms available for booking. It was fully booked on a Thursday noon, so I'm glad I made a reservation the day before. 🌟I did my homework in advance; this is a Spanish seafood restaurant. The must-try is the Spanish Palamós prawns, but unfortunately, the season hasn't arrived yet (May to July), so I ordered the Portuguese Carabinero prawns instead. These are rarely found in Paris and are incredibly springy. The head is the essence, so make sure to savor it thoroughly. It has me looking forward to summer when I can have the Spanish prawns. Priced at 88€ for 3, you can order more based on the number of people. 🌟Raw langoustine with blood orange!! My friend insisted that these prawns must have been alive when they were brought in. 🌟The mussels deserve praise. I initially wanted to order razor clams, but they were out of stock. I was recommended mussels instead, which I was initially unhappy about, thinking "I want razor clams, and you recommend mussels??" But after it was served, I was completely impressed. They were very clean and perfectly prepared. 🌟A Carabinero prawn and langoustine soufflé with aioli was a dish highly praised by my parents. They thought the Carabinero prawns were nothing special, but the langoustines were delicious. I loved both. 🌟Wild sea bass, 950g, served deconstructed. The chapon I wanted to order was also not available, so I went with this featured sea bass. If you're unsure what to order, this is a safe bet. 🌟The truffle scallops were just average... My dad liked them, but I won't order them again as they were quite boring. 🌟The restaurant's own pastry chef makes a dessert trolley. 24€ per person, which I believe can be shared. It was my birthday that day, and I specifically requested not to bring out a cake. I prefer to try what the restaurant offers, and in fact, even their cakes are delicious. 🌟Overall, unlike many French seafood restaurants that use a lot of butter and spices, this place is entirely in the style of high-end Spanish seafood cuisine, with plenty of olive oil and fresh ingredients. There's no seafood platter, and I already know what I'll order next time. 🌟In terms of price, for a high-end seafood restaurant, the prices are very reasonable. When I made the reservation and saw that it had one Michelin star 🌟, I was a bit hesitant, thinking it might be expensive and disappointing. In reality, without wine, the average cost per person is 150€, and with wine, it's 200€, which is very reasonable! If you really like seafood, you must give it a try!
