This steaming bowl of Hunan rice noodles is so comforting🍜 Delicious!

While traveling in Las Vegas for a few days, I stumbled upon an old-school Hunan rice noodle spot that just looks like it serves amazing food—no fancy decor needed. The exterior is simple, almost like those old neighborhood noodle shops back in China. But as soon as you step inside, you're hit with wonderful aromas and the place is packed with customers, haha~ 👍🍜 Signature Three-Topping Noodles (Large Intestine + Beef + Roasted Pork) The large intestine is cleaned thoroughly, no unpleasant odor, and fried until crispy. The beef is sliced thick, rich with braised aroma. The roasted pork has a bit of crispy skin and a fragrant, fatty flavor. Underneath lies piping hot rice noodles, served with a separate bowl of broth to soak up all the flavors. Mix it all together with the condiments from the self-serve station, and one big slurp is truly healing❤️‍🩹. 🍲 Small Pot Noodles Served in a little clay pot still bubbling when it arrives. The broth has a hint of spiciness and pepper aroma, and the noodles soak up all the deliciousness. After a day of exploring the casinos and walking around, this pot warms you right through. 🧡 Hunan Stinky Tofu Crispy on the outside, tender inside—the dark, "smells a bit funky but tastes amazing" kind. Brushed with spicy sauce and topped with tangy pickles, it instantly brings back memories of street stalls in Changsha. 🌶️ Spicy and Sour Chicken Gizzards (with pickled radish) This dish was a delightful surprise! The chicken gizzards are crunchy and chewy, stir-fried with pickled radish, green and red peppers—the sour-spicy flavor is incredibly addictive. It's that perfect level of "spicy just right and so satisfying with rice," pairing wonderfully with either rice or noodles. If you're looking to escape hotel buffets and fast food for a while, come here for authentic Hunan flavors. The decor may be plain, but the taste is absolutely extraordinary—the kind of meal you'll keep thinking about long after. 🏠 Xiang Wei Xuan 📍 6000 Spring Mountain Rd # 2B, Las Vegas, NV 89146 #HunanCuisine #XiangWeiXuan #SpicySourChickenGizzards #RiceNoodles #LasVegas
