Tiffany Blue Box Cafe—Easy to Book, But That's About It (1)🌟
🍓This birthday month has been a whirlwind of events, and now I finally have the time to reminisce about the various restaurants I tried. First up is the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe in New York, which I visited a month ago. This afternoon tea spot is a Michelin two-star French restaurant under the Daniel umbrella, competing with the nearby LV Cafe. 🌺 🍰 The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Tiffany flagship store on 5th Avenue. What left the biggest impression on me was the glass wall design, which visually doubles the size of the restaurant. We were seated in the farthest corner, giving us a panoramic view of the entire place. I have to say, the Tiffany blue is so soothing that it never causes visual fatigue, no matter how long you look at it. 🌊 🍓 For the menu, we started with a breakfast set. A delicate single-tier tray held six mini snacks arranged in a circle, along with a glass of incredibly refreshing and tangy vegetable juice. It contained carrots, oranges, pineapple, mango, and ginger. If you drink this before breakfast, your taste buds will wake up halfway. 🍵 The snacks included a plain croissant, which was super hard. I just ate the soft, fluffy center. There was also an apricot Danish, with the jam's sweet and sour flavors perfectly balanced. ✨ The Madeleine shell cake had a rich French buttery flavor that was a bit too heavy, so the invigorating, tangy vegetable juice came in handy. The French dessert parfait featured a lightly sweet ice cream topped with cherry and cinnamon Hampton granola and blood plum puree. 🍓 As someone who doesn't like things too sweet, I enjoyed the level of sweetness here. The fruit bowl, made with cantaloupe, Roman melon, watermelon, and mint, was another great palate cleanser. 🍓 #NewYork 🗽
