Today, I want to share a Korean Fusion place near the East Village

Nudibranch 🌟 📍 125 1st Ave., New York, NY 10003 The place is super pretty, and the service was amazing! We went for the prix-fixe menu, which was $75 per person. You can choose three courses, and you can also add a dessert for extra cost. But my friend and I weren't very hungry, so we skipped the dessert. 🥩 🎢 Let's start with their drinks. I ordered a cocktail from their happy hour menu called "Nudi Bee's Knees." It's gin-based, with lemon and honey. It's sweet and tangy, super refreshing! Perfect for someone like me who can't really drink but still wants to try something fancy. 🍸 Back to the food. Their braised oxtail is a must-try! It’s their top choice, and for good reason. The meat is super tender, and the sauce is rich. But it can get a bit salty if you eat too much. The seaweed rice that comes with it is so yummy—you can eat it on its own, and it’s still delicious! 🍖 🌊 The scallops and beef tartare are fresh and delicious—definitely worth ordering. 🦪 🌸The sweetbread is amazing! Inside is tender chicken, and it’s wrapped in a thin, crispy crust. When you bite into it, the juices burst out. The accompanying pea puree is also very fragrant. Highly recommended! 🍗 The mushrooms with the runny yolk are the star of the show! The yolk is marinated in soy sauce, and it’s the perfect finishing touch. I’m definitely a runny egg lover, and this dish is a huge plus! 🍳 🍃 The duck leg was just okay—nothing special. 🦆 🌸Overall, the food is pretty good, the prices are reasonable, and it’s easy to get a reservation. Definitely worth a try! I’d give it an 8.8/10. #NewYork 🌇🌟
