Today, I want to share a little gem: popup bagel! 🌟

📍 177 Thompson St, New York, NY 10012 🌟I am absolutely obsessed with bagels! I’ve tried almost all the famous bagel places in New York. In the past year alone, I’ve probably eaten hundreds of bagels. Wait, I should definitely do a bagel collection post!! 🥯 Among these hundreds of bagels, popup bagel definitely ranks at the top! Located near Soho, what sets them apart is that they only sell a few types of bagels (Plain, sesame, poppy seeds, everything & salt) and a limited selection of spreads. 🍃 So, no sandwiches here!! Unlike other bagel shops that offer lox, sausage, avocado, and more, popup bagel keeps it simple. Also, be prepared to buy a minimum of three bagels! 🥪 Back to the bagels themselves—they are truly amazing! I actually think making sandwiches with them would be a bit of a waste. Maybe because of their limited supply, each bagel feels like it’s freshly baked. 🎢 It’s warm to the touch, with a soft and moist crumb that’s already a delight to eat on its own! I remember almost shedding tears of joy with my first bite. The seasoning is just perfect, and you can really feel the chewiness and bounce of the bagel. Ah, any more adjectives would be redundant! Really, you have to try them if you get the chance! 🌊 Freshly baked bagels are truly the best! I’ll definitely find another opportunity to go back!! The only downside is that they don’t have seating, but that’s not a big issue. Just head a bit north to Washington Square and find a bench to enjoy your bagel while soaking up some Vitamin D. 9.5/10!! 🌸 #NewYork 🌇🌟
