Today’s Lunch 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We hit up a super popular spot in downtown Bar Harbor—and no wonder it’s a hit! By lunchtime, every outdoor table was packed with people enjoying their meals, soaking up the sunny Maine vibes ☀️. The atmosphere was lively but cozy, with the kind of buzz that makes you excited to dig in. My absolute favorites? The Lobster Melt and Crab Dip—they were total showstoppers! 🦞 The Lobster Melt had heaps of tender, sweet Maine lobster mixed with just the right amount of cheese, all melted between two slices of buttery, toasted bread. Every bite was crispy on the outside, creamy and seafood-rich on the inside—so good I practically cleaned my plate in minutes. The Crab Dip was just as amazing: creamy, loaded with lump crab meat (no skimping here!), and served with warm, crunchy crackers. It’s the kind of dip you keep going back for, even when you’re supposed to save room for the main course 🦀. The Lobster Roll was a winner too! It was stuffed to the brim with fresh lobster meat—no filler, just pure, sweet seafood goodness. They didn’t overload it with mayo or butter, so you could really taste the quality of the lobster. It’s the classic Maine lobster roll done right 🥪. For dessert, we tried the Blueberry Pie 🫐, and it was a pleasant surprise! You could taste the fresh, plump blueberries in every bite—no artificial flavors here—and it was not overly sweet. The crust was flaky and buttery, the filling was bright and fruity, and it felt like a perfect, light end to the meal. And of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the legendary Maine Blueberry Soda 🥤! It was crisp, subtly sweet, and had that fresh blueberry flavor that’s so iconic to the state. It’s refreshing, not too sugary, and pairs perfectly with seafood—definitely lived up to the hype 👍. 📍 Side Street Cafe, Bar Harbor, ME #MaineFood #AcadiaEats #BarHarborLunch
