Tokyo | Ochanomizu x Kiyosumi Shirakawa 🌸
Two of the most artistic station names in Tokyo's transportation network, and the real-life scenes are just as artistic! 🌿🌟There are no tourists here—just the authentic Tokyo. With a little filter on your photos, you’ve got a perfect Japanese drama scene! 🎬 🚞 Walking on the Higashi Nihonbashi, watching trains from different lines weave in and out, is straight out of a manga. It's so soothing! 💖 ⛩️ On the way from Ochanomizu to Suehirocho, I passed by the Kanda Myojin Shrine. It was packed with people, just like how we visit temples during the Lunar New Year to pray for blessings. 🌿🌟 The "painful ema" (ema with anime characters and wishes) here are just too cute! ❣️ 🌸 At a temple in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, I saw branches of blooming flowers stretching over the walls. I was curious if they were mountain peach blossoms, since it seemed too early for cherry blossoms. A monk came out and greeted me in Japanese, then switched to English when he realized I was a foreigner: "This is cherry blossom in winter." 🌿🌟 Wow, what luck to see winter cherry blossoms! 🌸 #TokyoTravel 🌇
