Tokyo · Koishikawa Korakuen Garden(1) 🌸
Tokyo doesn't have as many ancient temples and famous gardens as Kyoto, so Koishikawa Korakuen Garden can be considered the top garden here. 🌇🌿 It takes on the triple role of plum blossom viewing, cherry blossom viewing, and autumn leaf viewing. Amidst the skyscrapers, it proudly upholds the mission of "seeking joy for all, after all others have found theirs." 🌳 🌇🌿Getting into Korakuen Garden is no easy feat. Following the signs, we walked around most of the perimeter before finally finding the entrance. The quiet pathway amidst the hustle and bustle is quite meaningful, almost like the tranquil stone path leading to a tea garden. 😌 Poor us, though, after walking all day, our legs were so tired that we could barely lift them by the time we got to the gate. We thought we'd just sit on any stone inside and never get up again…… But as soon as we stepped in, we were instantly revitalized! 🌇🌿We walked briskly around the entire garden for an hour, and our legs didn't ache, nor did our backs! Any garden with character is my charger and stimulant! 🌟 #Tokyo 🌇🌿
