Tokyo Art Exhibition | Yayoi Kusama Museum(2)
3️⃣rd Floor From 2009 to 2021, over eight hundred paintings in the "My Eternal Soul" series were created. For this exhibition, 32+9 pieces were selected from the works after 2019. And there's a mirrored installation where you can see an infinite world of colorful polka dots. 🌈 4️⃣th Floor "I'm Here, but Nothing" The colorful polka dot room is psychedelic and feels like you're entering the world inside Yayoi Kusama's mind. Each group is allowed to enter for one minute at a time, but there's no limit on the number of entries (I couldn't get enough and went in and out several times). 🌀 5️⃣th Floor This time, it's an installation resembling alien octopus tentacles. There will be different works every year. When I came, it was a giant golden pumpkin. 🎃 🟣 In addition, the elevator and restrooms are also very Kusama-esque. Don't miss them when you visit! 🚪🚽 🟠 📍Yayoi Kusama Museum 🎫General admission ¥1100, ¥600 for elementary, junior high, and high school students (completely reservation-based❗️ 🗓This exhibition "Praying for Love Every Day" runs until 2/26 (closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, closed from 2/27 to 4/28, the next exhibition will be during Golden Week‼️ 🟤 #TokyoExhibition #NotebookInspiration #JapanHiddenTravel 🌟
