Tokyo Art Exhibitions: Must-Visit Museums in Ryogoku and Kiyose π
I love visiting various art galleries, museums, and science centers all over Tokyo. π Iβve been to this area once before, and I had a great time exploring the following spots: 1οΈβ£ Sumida Hokusai Museum: I visited this museum to see the works of Katsushika Hokusai. πIt was fascinating to see so many of his masterpieces in one place! π¨ 2οΈβ£ Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art: This time, I made a special trip to see the Takahashi Ryutaro Collection. πI spent over three hours exploring the two floors. It was an amazing experience! π After visiting both museums, I realized they are quite close to each other. I also discovered another interesting place nearby: 3οΈβ£ Fukagawa Edo Museum: This museum offers a great insight into the Edo period. Itβs definitely worth a visit! ποΈ Considering the proximity of these attractions, you can easily spend a whole day exploring this area. Here are their operating hours: π Sumida Hokusai Museum: 9:30-17:30 Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art: 10:00-18:00 Fukagawa Edo Museum: 9:30-17:00 I recommend the following route for your visit: 1οΈβ£ Sumida Hokusai Museum β 3οΈβ£ Fukagawa Edo Museum β 2οΈβ£ Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art #ArtInMuseums #ContemporaryArtExhibitions πΏ
