On the day I visited, I chose the ¥4,400 and ¥6,600 Wagyu beef sets. The number of slices isn't huge, but each piece is quite large! 👌🏻 The ¥6,600 set has more evenly distributed marbling and is thicker, making it more tender and satisfying. When dipped in the raw egg, the texture becomes even more tender and smooth. 😌 🍖🌟For the first order, a waiter demonstrates how to cook the beef, and then you can do it yourself for the second round. If you want to avoid the long lines, visit just before closing time—around 19:30!
