Tokyo Coffee Diary | Leaves
🌟☕️My long-awaited first cup at Leaves in Tokyo! I've bought their beans several times but finally got the chance to enjoy a coffee in the shop itself. Ordered a Kenya pour-over (I've always wanted to try the Temperature Combo since I first saw it, but the price tag gave me a bit of a shock). 🌟☕️ Such quintessential Japanese service—seating in an orderly fashion. The clean style is as ever-present in both the coffee and the environment. Even the coffee grinder and dripper are from China. 🌟☕️Picked up a bag of anaerobic natural Pink Bourbon, which was surprisingly clean with just a hint of fermentation. Both times I brewed it, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. After finishing my coffee, I headed to Tsukiji for a satisfying sushi meal. 🌟☕️ On my way to Ginza, I thought of stopping by Glitch, but the line was just too long, so I gave up. 🍣🚶♂️ #MyCoffeeDiary #Japan #Tokyo 🌟☕️
