Let someone who's been to Disney three times and DisneySea twice tell you how to avoid all the pitfalls and experience all the facilities of Disney in the shortest time possible! This post is suitable for friends who are planning a one-day visit: (The strategy is based on a one-day timeframe) 1️⃣ Operating Hours - Depart from Tokyo Station and take the Keiyo Line directly to Maihama-DisneySea. It takes me an hour to get from Shinjuku to Maihama. ✅The park starts ticket inspection at 830am, but I recommend arriving by 7am! Line up! Because by 8am, it's already packed. (Even on Sundays, it's super crowded.) 2️⃣ Premiere Pass / Priority Pass - We bought admission tickets for 9,900 yen before entering, which does not include any express/priority access. Remember to download the Tokyo Disney Resort App in advance, register a simple account, and then you can use it. Once inside, you'll see the App has premiere pass access, which is a paid service to save on queue time. Only a few attractions offer this service, priced at 1500 yen, some at 2000 yen. The other is the priority pass, which is a priority channel that's free. Just go to the attraction you want, open the app, scan it, and wait for the designated time to come back and enter. 3️⃣ Most Worthwhile Attractions - Tower of Terror (you can buy tickets directly) - Full of atmosphere, eerie and thrilling! ✅ Journey to the Center of the Earth (you can buy tickets directly) - The best combination of fun and adventure, Indiana Jones (free priority access) - Very realistic and amazing, the end really scared me! ✅ Raging Spirits (free priority) - A must-try for roller coaster fans. Others include 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, which has a bit of a mysterious deep-sea fear, and Toy Story, which I personally find okay, more cartoonish. The biggest letdown is Soaring: Fantastic Flight - one of the longest queues with too short of an experience. 4️⃣ Must-See Shows - Mickey Bigband Beat, a combination of dancers and opera that amazes everyone! See pic 11. The evening fireworks and light show are truly beautiful and a must-see! ✅✅ 5️⃣ Food Options - It's mostly Western-style burgers, fries, and sodas.
