Tokyo French Brunch: Cast Iron Cheese Toast and Braised Lamb 🥪🧀 🍔🌟 Restaurant Name: pedibus jambus 🌟 Another dish I tried was the tomato vegetable and lamb stew. 🍅 The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing, and the decor is very elegant. 🍔🌟 The entire place is run by the owner alone, who handles everything from serving and greeting guests to cooking and washing dishes. 👨🍳 Review: Ambiance: 5/5 🌟 Owner: 5/5 🌟 🍔🌟 Taste: 4/5 (All the bread dishes in the restaurant deserve a 4.8/5! The braised lamb stew I think is a 3.5/5 because it didn't quite suit my taste, but it's definitely very authentic French 🇫🇷/European seasoning!! It has a sour-salty flavor! The lamb itself can get a 4/5 because it's very tender and aromatic.) 🍔🌟 Lately, I've been exploring different restaurants every day.
