Tokyo French Brunch: Cast Iron Cheese Toast and Braised Lamb ๐ฅช๐ง ๐๐ Restaurant Name: pedibus jambus ๐ Another dish I tried was the tomato vegetable and lamb stew. ๐ The atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing, and the decor is very elegant. ๐๐ The entire place is run by the owner alone, who handles everything from serving and greeting guests to cooking and washing dishes. ๐จโ๐ณ Review: Ambiance: 5/5 ๐ Owner: 5/5 ๐ ๐๐ Taste: 4/5 (All the bread dishes in the restaurant deserve a 4.8/5! The braised lamb stew I think is a 3.5/5 because it didn't quite suit my taste, but it's definitely very authentic French ๐ซ๐ท/European seasoning!! It has a sour-salty flavor! The lamb itself can get a 4/5 because it's very tender and aromatic.) ๐๐ Lately, I've been exploring different restaurants every day.
