Tokyo Gastronomy | Hidden Ramen Alley in Ginza with Daily Queues(2)🍜
◽️ Ramen Kagari is renowned for its rich chicken broth ramen. The soup base is incredibly thick (though some might find it a bit too intense). We ordered the Tori Paitan (chicken white broth soba), which is their signature ramen (we added an egg). 🌺🌟 We also tried a soy sauce-based one, but it wasn't our favorite — the chicken white broth is already so rich! I saw online that many people have tried the chicken white broth with truffle oil. I'll definitely give that a go next time! 🍜 ✨ The menu also offers dipping noodles and rice dishes, in addition to ramen. Ambiance The atmosphere is typical of a Japanese small shop. It's quite cramped, with a small space but plenty of seating. 🌺🌟 It's perfect for a couple, but not so suitable for kids or elderly family members. 🌿 Surroundings 🌺🌟 Ginza is a shopper's paradise, with all kinds of department stores and boutiques. It's super convenient to pop in for a meal while you're out shopping. 🛍️ #JapaneseFood #TokyoGuide #JapanTravel 🌺🌟
