Tokyo Ginza Michelin Two-Star Omakase Kanesaka 🌟

🌿I booked Ginza Sushi Kanesaka on their official website more than a month in advance. It's said to be really hard to get a reservation! 📅 The lunch pure sushi course costs 30,250 yen per person, with about 15 pieces of sushi, plus dessert and fruit. How to put it... it's just average. 🍣 🌟 It's not really a complaint, but there's definitely no wow factor. 🌿Maybe my expectations were just too high for a Michelin two-star Omakase. 🌟The sushi pieces are small, and the rice is a bit hard. The worst part is that the sushi is a little bit loose when it's made. The fish is fresh, but everything else is just okay. 🌿 Considering the price and how hard it is to book, I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to try it. #TokyoFood #GinzaSushi 🍱
