Tokyo Hotel Recommendations(1) 🌟
This year, I've been flying to Tokyo almost once a month. 🌆🌟 After the Park Hyatt closed for renovation, I found two hotels in Tokyo where I'd stay without a second thought for work or dining. 🏨 Imperial Hotel Tokyo A classic Japanese hotel that consistently tops the list of the most popular hotels in Japan. The grand lobby, with its somber color scheme and doormen in tailcoats who announce the time with pocket watches, exudes timeless elegance. 🕰️ 🌆🌟 The rooms are compact, featuring heavy glassware, vintage washstands, and housekeeping staff who are mostly spirited grandmothers in white lace dresses. Despite its age, the hotel feels anything but outdated. 🌿 🌆🌟 A senior who has lived in Japan for many years says, "If you really want to do business, you'd meet at the Imperial, not some other hotels (skip the name), which are for 'sleazy deals.'" My take: We old-school folks really love it! #Tokyo 🌆🌟
