The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum was originally a private residence built by the royal family in 1933, featuring an ART DECO French decorative art style. 🌟 🛋️ My first visit coincided with a rare public exhibition of the building's interior, showcasing 1930s lighting fixtures, furniture, and artworks. 🌿These pieces, created by Japanese and French designers, technicians, and craftsmen, are now designated as important cultural properties of Japan. 🎨 🌳 The Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum consists of two different buildings—one old and one new—and features both Western and Japanese-style gardens. 🌿For a short business trip in the bustling and fast-paced Tokyo, strolling through the lush green gardens is incredibly relaxing and healing. 🌿 #Tokyo 🌇🌿
