Tokyo Mori Art Museum: Recent Exhibitions, a Bit Disappointing(1)
πΆπ»ββοΈββ‘οΈ The Mori Art Museum is a fantastic place. The Louise Bourgeois spider sculpture downstairs, the amazing Mori Art Museum Artist Store, the Roppongi winter illuminations, and the incredible view of Tokyo Tower are all highlights here. π π It's been almost a year since I last visited. Today, I went to see two exhibitions: Tezuka Osamu's "Phoenix" and a modern art exhibition called "AI and Contemporary Art." The conclusion? The ticket price plus the quality of the exhibitions is just a rip-off. It's really disappointing. π’ 1οΈβ£ First of all, as a tourist, the worst ticket to buy is the 52nd-floor observatory ticket (around 2,000 yen). This is a pure rip-off, designed to take advantage of visitors. The 52nd floor has a tiny indoor observation hall with a view of Tokyo Tower. It's only good for taking a few photos, and that's it. It's a ticket that will leave you feeling cheated. I got fooled the first time I went in 2023. #Tokyo π #TokyoMoriArtMuseum #DisappointingExhibitions #TravelTips ππ
