📍 Ichiran - Shibuya Area P6-P8 – Ichiran, my happy place! �️ Even back in New York, I kept coming back for that perfect bowl of ramen 🥢. After returning home, I missed it so much . Sure, some influencers love to hate on Ichiran for clout, but let’s be real—their consistency is legendary! Whether it’s the rich tonkotsu broth or the springy noodles, it’s always at least an 85/100 🎯. And tell me… what’s better than a steaming-hot bowl of Ichiran at midnight? Nothing. Plus, their 10x spicy option is a godsend for spice lovers like me! Personal rating: (flavor + nostalgia = perfection) 📍 Kagari - Ginza Area / Narita T2 P9-P11 – Kagari is a Michelin-recommended ramen spot 🏅, and the Ginza location always has a crazy line 🚶‍♂️… but guess what? Their Narita Airport T2 branch has NO QUEUE! ✨ Seated in 5 mins—hell yeah! 🙌 I tried the Black Truffle Chicken Paitan Ramen and the Special Chicken Paitan Ramen—both were SUPER rich, creamy, and almost sticky (if you prefer light broths, this ain’t it). The truffle version had big slices of truffle, making it even more decadent 💎. The noodles are thick and chewy, which I loved! Verdict? Worth trying if you’re nearby, but not worth a crazy wait.
