These two shrines are located close together, so you can visit them at the same time. π Tomioka Hachiman Shrine is a traditional Japanese shrineβ©οΈ, but compared to smaller shrines, it's more majestic. You can even buy pink Hello Kitty - themed amulets here. π± Fukagawa Fudo - do Hall is also quite impressive. Its architectural style is completely different from the red - themed shrines. Here, I saw the "Ichirin Manbai - ju" amulet, which I had never seen before. It really has a seed inside. π The idea is that a small seed will bear ten - thousand - fold fruit, symbolizing that small, consistent efforts and kindness will lead to multiplied rewards and good deeds.
