My new go-to spot – visited twice this month! 🐚 Burnt Chili Whelk Slices - Refreshing and tasty, ordered both times! Not spicy, the vinegar-marinated eggplant underneath is even more delicious than the whelk 😋 🦆 Smoked Crispy Skin Duck - Rich in fat but not greasy. If duck is on the menu, I must order it! 🍗 Clams with Chicken - Didn’t even realize I’d ordered it twice until I checked the photos. So incredibly fragrant, huge portion – I’d take the base sauce home to fry rice! 🥦 Dry Pot Cauliflower - Ordered twice as well! Topped with a thick layer of fried garlic chips – need I say more? The cauliflower is almost secondary, just shovel all that golden garlic into my mouth, thanks 🍲 Maoxuewang - Clean preparation with no gaminess, unlike some places that fill half the bowl with cabbage 🐄 Guizhou Sour Soup Beef/Crispy Grass Carp - Tried the sour soup twice but found it average. The golden soup flavor wasn’t very distinct, tasted more like a tomato hot pot base.
