Top 1 Izakaya in Greater Vancouver
๐ฎ Today, I'm going to recommend a Japanese izakaya that I keep going back to. Although there are constantly new stores in Vancouver, this one has been enduring for a long time and has won many awards, making it one of the must-eat restaurants in Greater Vancouver. ๐ Kingyo Izakaya ๐ ๐โโ๏ธ The taste of the dishes has been authenticated by Japanese friends, so you can order without worrying about missing out. It's always crowded, and if you walk in, you'll have to wait a long time. I make reservations a week in advance. Below is my honest review: Extreme Wagyu Bowl & Sea Urchin Donburi ๐๐๐๐ The appearance is too appealing ๐ฅ The fresh sweetness of sea urchin (not available daily, depends on the day's situation) combined with the full portion of wagyu and secret sauce, makes for an amazing bite. Wagyu Otoro Bowl & Blue Fin Tuna Donburi ๐๐๐๐ (Figure 2) More blue fin tuna than the above, the best among the tunas. Rich in fat, no fishy smell, melts in the mouth. Aburi Blue Fin Tuna Sushi ๐๐๐๐ The tuna is mashed into a paste, with ingredients chosen randomly by the chef, each piece is a bit different. Whoever eats it understands, even friends who don't like sushi end up eating three with tears. Stone Grilled Kobe Beef ๐๐๐โจ One of their most popular signs ๐ Watching the meat sizzle on the stone is very satisfying. It tastes good, but the portion is small. Drinks ๐๐๐๐ They have a wide variety of drinks, and friends who love to drink shouldn't miss out (Figure 8). I drove here this time, so I ordered the non-alcoholic Kingyo Lemonade and Strawberry Soda~ Other Popular Products ๐๐๐๐ Deep Fried Fresh Corn Uni Miso Udon Sea Urchin Miso Udon ๐ Strongly recommended Tan Tan Noodles ๐ Kingyo 871 Denman St, Vancouver @FoodiePotato @LifePotato @PotatoCaptain #EatPlayVancouver #VancouverLife #StudyInCanada #JapaneseIzakaya #VancouverCuisine #VancouverExploration #CanadianCuisine
