I knew it was highly ranked in the ramen tsukemen (dipping noodles) top 100 list, so I thought it wouldn't be too crowded. 🍜 Boy, was I wrong! When I got there, there were more than ten umbrellas ☂️ set up outside, and it was a struggle to wait in the heat. But finally, I made it inside, and the place was super clean. I ordered the tsukemen to try something new.
