Toranomon Hills (Part Two) π
The design of these towers is intended to address potential earthquakes and typhoons through appropriately scaled architectural components. π’π Like ancient temple architecture, the structural configuration of the high-rise buildings can passively suppress seismic vibrations. πBoth towers feature decks made of white powder-coated aluminum, which can be used as sunshades and balconies. The 550 apartments and serviced apartments within the residential tower all have their own balconies. π’π Shared facilities include a spa, swimming pool, guest rooms, fitness center, and childcare. The prominent decks also include spaces for greenery planted up to the seventh and eleventh floors. πThese plants are selected based on their position on the building, altitude, and wind direction. Trees and shrubs are planted up to the second floor; for plants above that level, shorter varieties are chosen. πThe office tower also features a rooftop garden. πΏ #LandscapeDesign #LandscapeInspection #LandscapeProjectInspection π
