Toronto | Finally Tried This Hidden Gem Omakase After Five Years 🍣
This restaurant was discovered by my boyfriend. It’s been open since 2019 and moved to this new location on Yonge last year, very close to Shoushin. The space isn’t large but has a cozy atmosphere with a sushi bar that seats about 10 people and some table seats. Their omakase menu is $100 per person and includes: ▫️ Sashimi Plate 🐟 ▫️ Seabass Crudo 🌊 ▫️ 12 Nigiri Sushi 🍣 ▫️ Hand Roll 🌯 ▫️ Soup 🍲 ▫️ Dessert 🍨 Great value for the price! Each piece of sushi is topped with different garnishes like scallions and perilla leaves. The various flavors and textures of the fish atop warm rice are incredibly satisfying. 😋 Interestingly, their hand roll is vegetarian, featuring tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), pickled mushrooms, cucumber, and perilla leaves. Everything was delicious and perfectly portioned. Highly recommended! 👍 During our visit, three groups were celebrating birthdays/anniversaries, and the chef gifted them extra salmon roe sushi with a little candle on the side. It was so adorable! 🎂✨ #TorontoDining #TorontoFood #TorontoRestaurants #FoodieLife #CanadianLife #TorontoLife ### Name: Shunoko Address: 3220 Yonge St, Toronto Type: Restaurant ###
