π₯ Toronto | The Hottest Restaurant Isn't Just Pai! Check This Out!
Thanks to my neighbor for bringing me here; she says it's her go-to spot forθι€ with local colleagues. I've been twice, and as a long-time Pai Thai fan, I've found this place to be just as fantastic! π Khao Soi - $19.00 Main dish! I did my homework: Khao Soi is a curry meat broth egg noodle dish, served with crunchy noodles, and the soup is filled with cilantro and green onions. You can choose chicken, beef, or tofu for your protein, and the broth is perfect for pairing with rice, absolutely delicious! π Lemongrass Fish - $18.00 Main dish, featuring a whole fried fish with lemongrass that surprised me when it arrived. When they brought a bowl of rice... the portion was still very generous. It's actually a fried fish, but the meat is incredibly fresh, and the outer layer of frying doesn't feel greasy at all, tastes great with a squeeze of lemon juice! π₯ Cashew Chicken - $18.00 Cashew chicken, a main dish ordered by a friend, served with rice. The amount of chicken is very generous, and it's cooked tenderly! π¦ Calamari - $14.00 Fried squid, a favorite of mine, served with a special sweet chili sauce and lemon, just like the lemon fish, it doesn't feel greasy! π₯€ Thai Ice Tea - $5.00 This milk tea is quite sweet to my taste, you can add ice or water to dilute it. My friend and I shared a cup, and then... we added water... However, this isn't always available; when I first visited, my companion got a bit of the leftover brew, and the owner hadn't finished brewing it yet, so they didn't charge us for that portion. Their portions are very generous, so order according to your appetite. My friend and I each ordered a main dish, shared the calamari and Thai iced tea, and ended up taking the rest home. Let's hope everyone avoids wasting food! #Foodie #RestaurantHopping #TorontoFood #TorontoFoodie #TorontoLife #Canada #FoodRecommendations #RestaurantRecommendations
