Toronto | A Truly Michelin Star Restaurant Perfect for a Date 🌟

I celebrated my birthday this year at Enigma, which was awarded a Michelin star last year—it's the same meal featured in my previous video. I had visited this restaurant for afternoon tea with friends shortly after it opened in 2020 and was quite impressed. Back then, I had hoped to try their dinner tasting menu, but it took over two years to finally go with my boyfriend! 😂 Located in Yorkville, the restaurant is quite quiet since it's not on the main street, and the interior is beautifully decorated. We chose the $230 per person tasting menu, which included 8 courses plus 1 snack appetizer. We added an extra caviar course for $85 per person, paired with a juice pairing for $75 per person, which included 7 glasses plus 1 welcome drink and 1 glass to accompany the caviar course. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. 🌟🍽️ A standout dish was the Cornish hen with curry, served with a variety of dipping sauces and paired surprisingly well with Thai iced tea. I was really impressed! We also added the extra caviar, which was said to have been acquired just last week. Mixed with cream and served over semi-dried scallops and grape slices, it was incredibly fragrant. One of the desserts featured their classic "fruit from the tree" trick, this time an apricot mousse. 🍑✨ The juice pairing was excellent. For those who aren't into alcohol, definitely give it a try!
