Toronto, Canada | Michelin One-Star Osteria Giulia
We booked two weeks in advance and snagged a reservation right at midnight. Finally, a night out with the girls at this Michelin-starred Italian spot in Toronto! 🌟🍝 Here’s a quick review of the dishes 📝: 🫓 Foccacia: Highly recommended! Thin, crispy bread with cheesy, aromatic pull—absolutely delightful! 🥗 Tomato Salad: Quite ordinary. The seasoning was good, but the portion was a bit small. 🐮 Veal Carpaccio: Perfectly paired with truffle Burrata—very tender and fresh. 🦞 Seafood Risotto: Rich and flavorful with plenty of lobster meat, though the rice portion was a bit lacking. 🐟 Sea Bass: The fish was tender, but didn’t particularly wow me. 🍝 Braided Pasta: An interesting, braided pasta that's worth trying—definitely unique! 🍫 Tiramisu: Standard Italian restaurant level—didn’t compare to Giulietta’s. 🍰 Millefoglie: The layered pastry looked stunning, but the taste was rather average. 🧁 Strawberry Crema: A standout! Olive oil is drizzled on top, but it doesn’t overpower. The fruit flavor is sweet and refreshing, and the ice cream and mascarpone are light and satisfying. 🍓✨ The ambiance is elegant and photogenic, but the space is a bit small and mostly dimly lit. The service and ingredients definitely earn five stars. The food is tasty, though not exceptionally surprising, and the portions are a bit on the smaller side. While it’s not the highest value for money, it’s reasonable for a Michelin one-star and perfect for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. Definitely worth a visit! 🎉🥂 #Toronto #TorontoLiving #TorontoRestaurant #TorontoEats #TorontoDT #TorontoMichelin #TorontoFoodFun #TorontoDateNight #TorontoFoodRecommendation #Michelin ### Restaurant Name: Osteria Giulia Address:Toronto ,ON Canada Type: Restaurant ###
