Toronto, Canada | Michelin ๐ Top 100 Restaurant Giulietta Experience
I've heard so many friends recommend this Michelin-starred restaurant in downtown Toronto, which is also ranked 23rd on Canada's Top 100 Restaurants list. Today, we finally managed to get a reservation and gave it a try. Hereโs my honest review! ๐คฉ First off, the portions are as refined as expected. We were a group of five, so we ordered almost all of the popular dishes on the menu to ensure we got a good taste of everything. ๐คซ ๐๐ป Appetizers Polpo e Fagioliโthe super popular grilled octopus ๐. Some say it's the best octopus in Toronto, but personally, I found it a bit on the salty side. The flavors and sauce were well-balanced, though, so it's worth trying ๐. ๐๐ป Meat Braciola di Maialeโhighly recommend the roasted pork chop ๐ท! Initially, I thought it would be dry and tough like the ones at Montana's, but it turned out to be perfectly marbled with fat and lean meat. The accompanying roasted garlic was also delicious ๐. ๐๐ป Main Courses We tried several dishes: the popular Risotto, La Campagnola mushroom pizza, seafood pasta, and Italian dumplings. The standout for me was the risotto. The seafood flavor was rich and distinct, quite different from the creamier versions found elsewhere ๐. ๐๐ป Desserts Both the pistachio Gelato and classic Tiramisu were excellent ๐. Especially the Tiramisu, which had a generous amount of rum, giving it a strong, distinct flavor that set it apart from the typical dessert shop versions. Overall, this restaurant seems like a great choice for a group meal. The price is slightly higher than other French restaurants, but the atmosphere and food quality make it worthwhile. ๐ฝ๏ธโจ #TorontoFrenchCuisine #TorontoMichelin #TorontoEats #TorontoDT #TorontoDTFood #TorontoLiving #TorontoFoodFun #TorontoRestaurantReview ### Restaurant Name: Giulietta Address: 972 College St, Toronto Type: Restaurant ###
