Toronto DT | Fluffy Yam Puree Udon is So Comforting
Today was absolutely chaotic—spent 5 hours working on a case and felt completely drained. 😩 Understandably, I needed some healing. I realized I hadn't had Raku in a while, so I decided to recharge with some udon! 🍜✨ Everyone knows about their famous Kani Ankake 🦀 Keywords: Fresh, Seafood, Bouncy. This dish never disappoints—the crab is super fresh, and the rich, savory sauce paired with Raku's perfectly chewy udon... it's just incredible. 😋 This time, I want to highlight the Cold Udon [Yamakake] 🍳 The "fried egg" is actually yam puree! What a surprise! 🤯 It's so sticky and gooey—just the texture I love! Every bite feels like a cooling breeze on a hot summer day, instantly soothing my exhaustion. The moment you pierce that yolk and mix it with the springy udon noodles—pure bliss! ❤️ It's not just adorable; it's delicious! I also added a little chili powder, which took the flavor to the next level! 🌶️🔥 Tempura was solid as always—delicious! Two pieces of shrimp 🍤 and some vegetables, followed by frozen grapes 🍇 for dessert. A perfect meal! #FoodieAdventures #LifeInCanada #TorontoDTFood #TorontoRaku #TorontoEats ### Name: Raku Address: 456 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2A8 Type: Restaurant ###
