Toronto DT Food Spot👻: Is It Worth a Visit?

I’ve seen a lot of buzz about this place🔥, but opinions are mixed. Friends who’ve been say the beef is average, so we decided to try other things. This visit was more about catching up with my girlfriends😘. Brunch: French Toast It’s a classic French toast, as expected. What was surprising is that it had a filling inside, and the sweetness was just right without the need for maple syrup. 🍞🍯 Appetizer: Fried Shrimp Cakes Delicious at first bite! The joy of fried food bursts immediately. However, if you’re not a fan of mayo, I’d recommend keeping it on the side. As I ate, the shrimp flavor became a bit fishy… so 🙂‍↕️ Dessert: Pistachio Matcha Madeleines You can really taste the pistachios! They’re adorable and delicately shaped, just the right size. 🍰🌰 The drinks are reportedly pricey and the flavors are average, so we skipped those. Overall, while the food wasn’t mind-blowing, the cute ghost logo is a nice touch👻.
