As soon as I saw this restaurant had ๐ŸฆŒ on the menu, I rushed over. With my curiosity, how could I miss out? After eating, I must say, it was absolutely delicious! For all you meat lovers out there, you definitely need to try this place. Itโ€™s truly worth a visit! SCALLOP CRUDO: Soft and tender scallops paired with mayonnaise, basil, and caviar. Fresh, sweet, and rich in flavor. ๐Ÿฆช๐ŸŒฟโœจ SPAGHETTI CHITARRA: Rich mushroom meat sauce pasta with black truffle and Parmesan cheese. The mushroom and truffle flavors are outstanding, and the cheese adds a creamy richness. Each strand of pasta is perfectly coated in sauceโ€”cooked to the perfect texture, al dente and not undercooked. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿง€ ALBERTA BISON RIB EYE 10oz: This bison steak is truly different from regular beef. The aroma was so enticing that I had to snap a few quick photos before digging in! This steak ranks in my top three! Medium-rare, juicy, with a delightful flavor that lingers in your mouth. The accompanying corn mousse sauce is incredibly delicious, and the mushrooms and sweet confit onions balance the dish beautifully. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿ„ ONTARIO VENISON LOIN: If the bison steak has a robust beefy flavor, this venison is all about the gentle, delicate taste of deer. Although itโ€™s still meat, the texture is entirely different. The venison is tender, melting in your mouth without much effort. Paired with sweet potato mash and apple sauce, itโ€™s a harmonious and tasty dish. ๐ŸฆŒ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ  CONFIT DUCK LEG: We paired the duck leg with a generous serving of foie gras. The rich, aromatic, and oily texture is incredibly satisfying. This dish offers a different flavor and texture compared to the previous meats. The duck leg is uniquely oily and tender, served with pumpkin puree and barley rice. The foie gras is extremely tender, with just a hint of liver flavor, and is deliciously crispy and soft. ๐Ÿฆ†๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿฐ Dessert: The final treat was mushroom ice cream apple pie. It was decent, with the ice cream having a subtle mushroom flavor, but more cinnamon.
