Toronto Michelin-Recommended Brunch Spot
My friend took a one-hour trip from North York just to have brunch hereโitโs totally worth it at The Ace! ๐๐๐๐ Duck Confit: Paired with patatas, the duck is tender and delicious ๐. Combined with the runny yolk of the poached egg, itโs a perfect bite. ๐๐๐๐๐ The Ace Benny: This one really surprised me! The bacon is thick-cut with both lean and fatty parts, super juicy, andโbest of allโnot too salty! However, Iโm not a fan of fatty meat, so I trimmed off the fat. ๐๐๐๐ French Toast: A really unique flavorโyou can taste the strawberry jam and yogurt, but for some reason, there were large salt grains ๐ค. Iโd recommend trying just one slice to get a feel for it. Since I donโt drink alcohol, I opted for the freshly squeezed orange juice, which was also great! The Ace lives up to its reputation as a classic brunch spot. We made a reservation in advance on OpenTable, and Iโd recommend doing the same as thereโs usually a wait for walk-ins. The atmosphere inside is a bit dim, but everything else was just fine. A perfect weekend starts with a delicious brunch! ๐ฅ๐ฝ๏ธ #TorontoFoodie #TorontoEats #TorontoBrunchRecommendations ### Name: The Ace Address: 231A Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, ON M6R 2L6 Type: Restaurant ###
