Toronto's Culinary Delights π½οΈ
My seventh meal at Edulis (I eat here so often it's practically my cafeteria), and the early summer menu is very refreshing, focusing on seafood and mushrooms. π Tuna with Classic Light Sauce - The sashimi has a nice texture. π¦ Lobster and Roe - Also very refreshing, but with a completely different flavor profile from the previous dish. πΏ Shiso and Scallops - The shiso has a strong aroma that pairs well with the scallops, but the raw radish inside is a bit overpowering for my taste. π± White Asparagus with Trout and Trout Roe - The creaminess is rich, and I used bread to clean the plate of the sauce. π Morel Mushrooms with Eel - The smoky flavor is quite prominent. π Cep Mushroom Stuffed with Pheasant and Foie Gras in a Pastry - The texture is very rich and layered. π² Braised Anglerfish and Shrimp Balls - The sauce has a hint of abalone sauce. #TorontoMichelinStar #CanadaTop100Restaurants #TorontoFood
