Toronto’s Most Impressive Omakase 🌟
Their menu changes approximately every two months, featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients. Appetizers: Botan Shrimp 🦐 Deep-Fried Crab Meatballs 🦀️ Mackerel with Yuzu 🐟 These three appetizers are bold in flavor and quite fishy, making them a strong start to the meal that really stimulates the taste buds. Main Courses: Black Truffle Beef Tongue Decorative Tuna Lobster Tempura with Sea Urchin Foie Gras with Fish Roe Bowl Sweet Sea Bream A5 Wagyu Beef 💗 Three Types of Hand-Pressed Sushi The standout dish for me was the A5 Wagyu Beef. The chef paired it with cotton candy and a daikon radish braised in rich broth, creating a symphony of flavors that was truly spectacular. Desserts: Sweet Potato Chamomile Ice Cream (a bit bland and hard to taste) Matcha Genmaicha Crème Brûlée The final two desserts were somewhat underwhelming compared to the earlier dishes. The full meal costs $380🔪, excluding tips and service fees. When booking, you can select “special occasion” for an extra dessert. Overall, it’s one of the most innovative dining experiences in 🇨🇦, though the value isn’t the best. We didn’t order any drinks, but with service fees and tips, the total came to around 💰500+ per person. #CanadianFood #TorontoEats #TorontoDining #TorontoRestaurants #Omakase #TorontoOmakase ### Restaurant Name: Aburi Hana Address: 102 Yorkville Ave Type: Restaurant ###
