Toronto | Tasting Delights at a New Restaurant 🩵

This restaurant was chosen by my boyfriend, who did some research in advance. With how busy I've been these past two weeks, it seems he’s ready to be my food blogger assistant! 😄📸 When we looked it up, we found out no one had reviewed it yet. After a quick check, it turns out the restaurant only opened this August, so I’m excited to share it with you all! 🌟 From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a stunning bouquet of red roses on the bar counter 🌹✨. The cocktail bar is beautifully designed and perfect for a date or a girls’ night out. 🍸💕 The restaurant specializes in Eastern Mediterranean Lebanese cuisine, with dishes perfect for sharing. They offer a chef’s selection, but we chose to mix and match from the menu ourselves. Here’s what we tried: ▫️ Cauliflower: Roasted cauliflower drizzled with Lebanese tahini sauce. The flavor is reminiscent of diluted hummus with lemon juice, garlic, and cilantro. Really tasty! 🥦👌 ▫️ Hummus with Tenderloin: For hummus lovers, this is a treat! Thick hummus topped with tenderloin steak, served with warm pita bread. It’s incredibly fragrant! We went with beef, but octopus is also an option. 🥙🥩 ▫️ Halloumi: Halloumi cheese, popular in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, can be thought of as grilled cheese chunks. Topped with fig jam, honey, and pomegranate seeds, and served over a layer of Middle Eastern za’atar spices. This dish is a signature favorite! 🧀🍯🍇 ▫️ Octopus Hummus: A combination of octopus legs, beetroot chunks, and hummus. A unique and delicious dish! 🐙🍠 ▫️ Whole Sea Bass: Roasted sea bass with spinach, toasted almonds, and chili sauce. The fish is perfectly roasted, though the chili sauce packs a real punch.
