Toronto | The Most Romantic Canadian Fine Dining Experience
Who would have thought that the famous Canoe is actually a Canadian creative cuisine restaurant? It’s dedicated to promoting Canadian culinary culture and has consistently been ranked among the top ten in Canada’s best restaurants. Canoe is located on the 54th floor of a skyscraper, offering breathtaking views of Toronto. Sunset is the most beautiful time at the restaurant, perfect for stunning photos. 🌇📸 Atlantic Oyster: Fresh and sweet oysters topped with a slice of Italian bacon 🥓 and a sprinkle of truffle. The plating is quite unique. A must-try! 🦪✨ Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wagyu + Swordfish: Tender Wagyu beef cubes and swordfish 🐟 paired with roasted asparagus, smoked mussels. The flavors are rich and refreshing. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweetbread: This dish is fascinating, featuring crispy pig ears. Really adorable—proving that good food knows no borders! Who doesn’t love crispy pig ears? Also includes some nutty bits, so if you're not a fan of nuts, be aware! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ West Coast Halibut: 🐟 Well-roasted with a crispy exterior and tender inside. Accompanied by a large piece of crispy chicken skin and some asparagus. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veal: Veal with long-leafed asparagus, smoked bacon 🥓, and foie gras sausage. The foie gras is hidden inside the sausage slices, so you have to taste carefully to find it. The dish is topped with asparagus leaves—unassuming in appearance but rich in flavor. The smoked bacon flavor is quite strong, so if you’re not a fan of bacon, it might not be for you. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ended with two desserts, which I found to be too sweet and not highly recommended. The restaurant offers a tasting menu, but I’d suggest ordering your favorite dishes à la carte instead. #LifeInToronto #TorontoFoodie #TorontoEats #TorontoFun #TorontoDining #CanadianLife #Canada #TorontoDiningFun #Toronto ### Restaurant: Canoe Address: 66 Wellington St W, 54th Floor, Toronto, ON M5K 1H6 Type: Restaurant ###
